Ingredients to make Daarbari Moti Murgh Kebab

  • 2 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST, CUT INTO 4 LARGE PIECES
  • 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  • 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  • 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  • Salt to taste
  • HUNG CURD 100 GM
  • 25 GM WALNUT CHOPPED FINELY
  • 1/2 GRAM SAFFRON MIXED IN MILK
  • 100 GM COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 1 DROP ROSE WATER
  • OIL FOR BRUSHING
  • 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  • RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  • KASHMIRI RED CHILLI PASTE 1 TBSP

How to make Daarbari Moti Murgh Kebab

  1. 1ST MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD, CHEESE, SALT, CHILLI POWDER, CHILLI PASTE AND TURMERIC POWDER. KEEP IT IN THE FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.
  2. 2ND MARINATE WITH LEFT OTHER INGREDIENTS & KEEP ASIDE FOR MIN 1HR.
  3. PREHEAT THE OVEN (OR TANDOOR) FOR 10 MINS. NOW BAKE IT FOR 40 MINS at 200 DEGREES CELSIUS. BRUSH WITH OIL OCCASIONALLY.
  4. SERVE IT HOT WITH PARATHAS.
