  • Ripe papaya chopped 1/2 cup
  • jaggery 2 gooseberry sized
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • anjeer 1
  • badam 2

How to make Flax Seeds - Papaya Smoothie

  1. 1 HOUR SOAKED FLAX SEEDS1/4 CUP, BADAM 2, ANJEER 1
  2. PEELED AND CHOPPED RIPEN PAPAYA 1/2 CUP
  3. COMBINE JAGGERY 2 GOOSEBERRY SIZED AND COLD MILK 2 CUP
  4. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER 1/4 TSP, POUR THE SMOOTHIE INTO A SERVING GLASS
