About Paneer-e-valentine Recipe

This is the sweet and spicy paneer recipe. Strawberry gives nice colour and taste to the recipe. Best go with Naan.

Ingredients to make Paneer-e-valentine

  • 1. paneer - 150 gm
  • 2. Strawberry - 8 to 10
  • 3. onion - 1 medium size
  • 4. ginger - 1 small cube
  • 5. garlic - 8 to 9 pods
  • 6. Green chilli - 2
  • 7. coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • 8. Red chili powder - 2 tsp
  • 9. oil - 1 tbsp
  • 10. cashew nut - 10 to 15
  • 11. Resins as per your wish
  • 12. salt as per your taste

How to make Paneer-e-valentine

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. POUR 1 TBSP OIL AND HEAT IT.
  3. NOW PUT ONION.
  4. AFTER FEW MINUTES ADD GINGER,GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI INTO IT AND SAUTE THEM.
  5. ADD 10-15 SOAKED CASHEW NUT.
  6. LET IT COOK FOR 5 MINUTES AND THEN SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND LET IT COOL DOWN.
  7. MEAN WHILE PUT 8-10 STRAWBERRIES INTO THE JAR.
  8. GRIND IT TO MAKE SMOOTH PASTE.
  9. TRANSFER THE STRAWBERRY PASTE TO BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE.
  10. NOW GRIND ONION , GINGER, GARLIC MIX.
  11. ONION, GINGER ,GARLIC PASTE LOOKS LIKE THIS.
  12. AGAIN HEAT THE OIL AND PUT ONION PASTE.
  13. SAUTE THE PASTE CONTINUOUSLY.
  14. WHEN IT STARTS LEAVING OIL ADD STRAWBERRY PASTE.
  15. COOK IT FOR FEW MINUTES.
  16. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 2 TSP RED CHILLI.
  17. THEN ADD 2 TSP RESINS INTO THE ONION MIX.
  18. ADD 2 TBSP MALAI TO THE GRAVY.
  19. ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE.
  20. NOW ADD PANEER CUBES.
  21. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  22. AT LAST ADD PINCH OF GARAM MASALA AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  23. NOW SERVE THIS ROMANTIC DISH TO YOUR LOVED ONES.
