Bharwan Baingan

Ingredients to make Bharwan Baingan

  • Small Brinjals 8 to 10
  • oil for frying
  • FOT STUFFING
  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwdr
  • 1 tsp chillie pwdr
  • 1 tsp dhania pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp aamchur pwdr
  • 1 tsp fennel/sauf seeds(tawa roast them before)

How to make Bharwan Baingan

  1. TAKE 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1.5 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP ROASTED FENNEL SEED POWDER
  4. MIX ALL THE DRY MASALAS
  5. TAKE 8-10 SMALL BRINJALS, MAKE A CROSS CUT LIKE THIS
  6. FILL THE BRINJALS WITH THE MASALA MIX
  7. GET ALL THE BRINJALS READY WITH STUFFING
  8. HEAR 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  9. ADD A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  10. ADD THE STUFFED BRINJALS, COVER & COOK
  11. TURN & COOK TILL SOFT ON ALL SIDES
  12. SERVE HOT
