Rainbow pasta

Ingredients to make Rainbow pasta

  • 3 cups boiled pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red bell pepper cubed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cubed
  • 2 onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

How to make Rainbow pasta

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute half of the minced garlic and onions.
  2. Add salt and 1 tsp black pepper. Then add ketchup. Cook till the onions become tender.
  3. Take another pan and heat on a medium flame. Add all the vegetables, salt and toss for a while.
  4. Add the remaining black pepper and garlic. Then add some oil.
  5. After cooking for a few minutes, add the vegetables and pasta to the prepared mixture.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.
My Tip: Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
