Chicken Chops

Ingredients to make Chicken Chops

  • 300 grams minced chicken
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoon coriander-mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Bread crumbs for coating

How to make Chicken Chops

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the list. Keep the mixture covered for about 15 minutes in the fridge. Heat oil in a wide pan for deep frying.
  2. Make small lemon sized balls from the minced chicken mix. Shape them into oblong or cylindrical shapes.
  3. Carefully roll in bread crumbs. When the oil turns piping hot, reduce the flame to medium and carefully transfer the coated chops into oil. Deep fry for about a minute or until all the sides turn golden brown. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  4. Repeat this process for all the remaining mixture. Serve these delicious crunchy outside, soft inside chicken chops immediately with tomato sauce along with tea.
