Beetroot Shami Kebab

Ingredients to make Beetroot Shami Kebab

  • Beetroot - 1cup (grated )
  • Gram dhal - 50gm(soaked)
  • cinnamon powder - 1tsp
  • jeera - 2tsp
  • egg -1
  • ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Mint,coriander leave s - handful
  • Green chilli - 2
  • coriander powder - 2tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • onion powder - 2tsp

How to make Beetroot Shami Kebab

  1. ADD A 2 TSP OF OIL IN A PAN, SAUTE 50GM OF GRAM DHAL ( soaked) AND 2 TSP OF JEERA FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES
  2. GRIND THE SAUTEED DHAL COARSELY. KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. SQUEEZE OUT THE WATER FROM BEETROOT. ADD 1EGG,G.CHILLI, MINT,CORIANDER LVS, 1 TSP GG PASTE, SALT
  4. 2TSP COARIANDER PWD, 2TSP CHILLI PWD,2 TSP LEMON JUICE, tsp cinnamon powder. Grind it
  5. ADD GRINDED DHAL TO THE BEETROOT MIXTURE
  6. ADD 2 TSP OF ONION POWDER
  7. ROLL INTO DESIRED SHAPE AND SHALLOW FRY IT
