Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 carrot finely chopped
  2. 1 onion fined chopped
  3. 4 florets of cauliflower grated
  4. 50gm French beans fined chopped
  5. Half bell pepper finely chopped
  6. 5 florets of broccoli grated
  7. Salt acc to taste
  8. 2 tsp oil
  9. 4 green chillies chopped
  10. Half inch grated ginger
  11. 1 tsp soy sauce
  12. 2 pinch of powered sugar
  13. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  14. Half cup maida
  15. Water for kneading
  16. 2 tbsp Schzewan sauce
  17. 2 spring onion finely chopped
  18. 2 cloves grated garlic
  19. 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Take whole wheat flour , maida , 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt Knead soft dough and keep it aside for 15 min
  2. Take a thick bottom kadai add oil , when oil turns hot add onion , ginger saute for a minute for high flame
  3. add all chopped vegetables, sprinkle salt , soy sauce green chillies Give a good stir for 2 minutes or until vegetables become little soft
  4. turn off the flame
  5. take a prepared dough knead it again and make dumpling with stuffing
  6. steam the prepared momos for 10 min
  7. afterthat take a pan , add little oil and fry momoes for 2 min Then add Schzewan sauce, grated garlic, spring onion
  8. pan fried hot dumpling is ready to serve ,garnish with spring onions
