Ingredients to make Sindhi special breakfast koki

  • Atta [wheat flour] 2 bowl
  • oil
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • onion 1
  • coriander leaves
  • water

How to make Sindhi special breakfast koki

  1. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, KNEAD A SEMI SOFT DOUGH WITH REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER. REST THE DOUGH FOR 10 MINUTES.
  2. ROLL OUT FAT PARATHAS OUT OF THE DOUGH.
  3. ROAST THEM ON A HOT TAWA, ADD LITTLE GHEE OR OIL AND FRY THEM ON BOTH SIDES.
