Ingredients to make Signature Garlic Peppery Chicken

  • 150 gms chicken Breast
  • 50 gms flour
  • salt to taste
  • Paprika Powder 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard Paste
  • A Pinch of garlic Powder
  • A Pinch of Black pepper
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • Broccoli 1/2
  • egg 1
  • milk 50 ml
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • oil for Deep frying
  • chilli paste 1/4 tsp (Just a dash)
  • cream 2 tbsp

How to make Signature Garlic Peppery Chicken

  1. Take the 150 gms Chicken breast and slice it from in between. Open it up and softly beat it to a thin flat.
  2. Marinate the chicken with egg, milk, salt, paprika powder and mustard paste.
  3. Take another bowl, take flour and mix in salt, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper into it. Stir it well.
  4. Coat the chicken with the mixed flour and then deep fry it.
  5. Cut the deep fried chicken into fingers.
  6. In another pan, add some butter and heat it until very hot, add garlic and saute it with some broccoli and bell pepper, add cream and dash of Chilli paste and salt into it.
  7. Add the prepared deep fried chicken fingers into the pan and gently mix it for 15 seconds.
  8. Serve it hot with garlic bread or steamed rice.
