For The Stuffing
2 cups peeled , boiled and mashedraw bananas
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dried mango powder
1 tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp roasted fennel seeds powder
For The Dough
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
for chat
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
few coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp mint coriander chutney / green chutney
2 tsp tamarind dates chutney
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 cup sev
salt to taste
1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the stuffing, mash and mix well. Divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep aside.
Combine all the ingredients for the dough and knead into a tight dough by adding required amount of water
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into small balls and roll into a medium thin puri.
Cut this puri to a semi-circle.Fold the semi-circle to a cone. Put a portion of stuffing and seal the edges with the help of water.
Repeat the same process with the remaining stuffing and dough to make more samosas.
now keep them in a baking tray.
brush the samosa with some oil.
bake the samosas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 minutes, till the crust is golden and crisp. i baked for 34 minutes. oven temperatures vary so do keep a check.

pour over the samosas top with the sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney.
now add chopped onion and tomatoes.
now add lots of sev over samosa chaat.
sprinkle the spice powder like chilli powder, chaat masala according to your taste.
serve the samosa chaat immediately after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves with hot masala tea.
