Pumpkin Prawns

Ingredients to make Pumpkin Prawns

  • Prawns 4-5 pieces
  • Tempura Flour 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin Puree 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
  • Salted butter 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 2 tsp
  • Sriracha Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Pumpkin Prawns

  1. Deshell the prawns and marinate it with salt.
  2. Fry the prawns with tempura flour. Make sure it’s crispy.
  3. Steam the pumpkin for over 2-3 minutes over high heat to prepare a puree. Set aside it.
  4. Take a pan and add garlic, salted butter, condensed milk, pumpkin puree, Sriracha Chilli sauce, salt, a spoon of cream and mix it well. Reduce until it becomes thick.
  5. Toast prawns in the prepared sauce.
  6. Serve it hot with pumpkin sauce.
