ABOUT Signature Nachos (Veg/Non- Veg) RECIPE

A crunchy starter with added cheese and can be made for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Veg and Non veg :
  2. Corn Tortilla 2
  3. Processed Cheddar - as per choice
  4. English Cheddar - as per choice
  5. Mustard Paste - 1 to 2 tsp
  6. Cream - 1 to 2 tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Chopped Bellpepper 1/2 (optional)
  9. Jalapenos 1 (optional)
  10. Olives 1 tsp, chopped (optional)
  11. Keema 2 tsp (optional)
  12. Bacon 1 to 2 strips, chopped (optional)
  13. Pepperoni - a few slices (optional)
  14. Chicken as desired, shredded (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take Corn Tortilla, cut into triangles and deep fried it.
  2. Take a pan and boil cream into it. Add Processed Cheddar, English Cheddar, Mustard Sauce, salt and reduce until it becomes thick.
  3. Spread the prepared cheese mustard sauce over the deep fried tortillas.
  4. For Veg Nachos, you can top it with chopped Bell pepper, Jalapenos and Olives.
  5. For Non- Veg, you can top it with Keema, Bacon, Pepperoni and grated Chicken
  6. Bake the triangle shaped tortillas in an oven at 200 degree Centigrade for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish it with Sour Cream & Coriander.
