Ingredients to make Red Amaranth leaves Simple Curry

  • Red amaranth leaves 1 bunch
  • water
  • tamarind 1 gooseberry sized
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Curry powder home made 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • For seasoning.. mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • curry leaves few

How to make Red Amaranth leaves Simple Curry

  1. WASH THOROUGHLY, CLEAN AND CHOP TENDER RED AMARANTH LEAVES WITH STEM
  2. ADD INTO BOILING WATER, ADD SALT AND CLOSE THE LID TO COOK
  3. CHECK THE SOFTNESS AFTER 3 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  4. COMBINE GRATED COCONUT, CURRY POWDER AND WATER
  5. ADD TAMARIND
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  7. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO BOILED SPINACH, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  8. BRING IT TO BOIL
  9. SEASONING
  10. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND SEASONING
