Beautiful and yummy sweet potato and paneer recipe. 2 in 1 recipe. Fun to watch and yummy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

2 cup sweet potatoes boiled and mashed
1 cup paneer crumbs
1 cup cornflour
1tsp chat masala
1 /2 tsp pizza masala
2tsp ginger garlic coriander paste
Salt turmeric chilli powder to taste
1 cheese cube
Oil for frying
1 cup vermicelli

Instructions

Take all the ingredients.
Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, green paste, chat masala, cornflour and paneer to mashed sweet potatoes. Mix it well.
Add pizza masala and cornflour to crumbled paneer mix it well.
Make little marbles adding small cubes of cheese inside the marble.
Take sweet potato dough give katori shape to it. Dip katori in to cornflour batter and coat with vermicelli.
Fry gently in medium hot oil.
Fry paneer marbles in hot oil.
Arrange sweet potato katori and paneer marbles in nest shape.
Decorate like nest.
