Ingredients Serving: 4

4 cups milk
One orange
Sugar as per choice
Cashew nuts handful
Rasins [a few]

Instructions

Peel the orange.
Grind the orange and sugar together.
Boil the milk and reduce till is reduced to half the volume. Now cool the milk for sometime.
Now add the orange concoction, cashew nuts into the cooled milk.
Now pour this into a blender, blend this and pour this into a tin.
Freeze this for couple of hours, churn it and freeze it again. Serve
