Crispy dosa

Ingredients to make Crispy dosa

  • Idly rice : 2 cup
  • urad dal : 1/2 cup
  • Channa dal : ¼ cup
  • Poha : ¼ cup
  • fenugreek : ½ tsp
  • salt

How to make Crispy dosa

  1. Rinse Idly rice,urad dal, poha, fenugreek and soak for 2 hours
  2. Grind rice , urad dal , poha, fenugreek with required water to make a smooth batter for 20 - 30 mins
  3. Cover and ferment for 8 hours or more if required.
  4. After the fermentation, the batter will become double in size and rise. Add Salt and required water to the batter and mix well.
  5. Pour batter in dosa tawa circular manner to get the circle shape of dosa for 1 min
  6. Add little oil top of the dosa and flip it for 30 seconds
  7. Serve with any kind of chutney and sambar
