  2. Beetroot juice 1/2 tsp
  3. Apple 1/2
  4. Jegarry water 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 3 tsp
  6. Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE CARROT AND APPLE
  2. ADD GHEE IN PAN AND MIX BOTH WELL WITH LITTLE BEETROOT JUICE.
  3. ADD JEGARRY IN IT
  4. FINALLY ADD MILK
  5. SMOOTHIES IS READY FOR BABY
