A South Indian special poha.

Dry Roasted Masala Poha

Ingredients to make Dry Roasted Masala Poha

  • Poha 250 gms
  • Roasted groundnut powder 2 tbsp
  • Roasted sesame powder 2 tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted channa dal powder 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped tomatoes for garnishing
  • Chopped cucumber for garnishing
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Dry Roasted Masala Poha

  1. Roast the poha in the microwave for 2 mins.
  2. Add all the ingredients listed and mix well so that the poha completely absorbs the oil.
  3. Place it in a bowl and garnish with tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves.

My Tip:

Do not roast the Poha more than 2 mins.
