Homemade Pani Puri

Ingredients to make Homemade Pani Puri

  • maida 1/2 cup
  • Suji 1 cup
  • oil for fry
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • Green corriender 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Jaljeera powder 2 tsp
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 2 green chillies
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper power 1 /4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp

How to make Homemade Pani Puri

  1. TAKE 1 CUP SUJI RAVA & 1/2 CUP MAIDA.
  2. MIX WELL.
  3. MAKE A DOUGH WITH 1/2 CUP LUKEWARM WATER.
  4. MAKE STIFF DOUGH AND APPLY SOME OIL OVER IT.
  5. COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 20 MINUTES.
  6. 1/2 CUP MINT, 1/2 CUP CORRIENDER LEAVES, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 INCH GINGER, 1 TSP ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS
  7. MAKE GREEN CHUTNEY.
  8. REMOVE THE GREEN CHUTNEY IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD 1 LITER WATER.
  9. ADD 2 TSP JALJEERA POWDER, 1/2 BLACK SALT, 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWER.
  10. 2 LEMON JUICE, SALT TO TASTE. MIX WELL.
  11. ADD 1/4 CUP BOONDI.
  12. CHILL THE PANI IN FREEZE.
  13. NOW SMOOTH THE DOUGH.
  14. MAKE FOUR PARTS.
  15. MAKE BIG SIZE PURI.
  16. CUT INTO SMALL SIZE.
  17. REMOVE EXTRA PARTS.
  18. REMOVE PURIS.
  19. NOW MAKE OVEL SHAPE PURI.
  20. FRY THESE PURIS IN PAN ON LOW FLAME.
  21. FLIP PURIS.
  22. FRY TILL GOLDEN AND CRISP.
  23. REMOVE FROM OIL AND LET IT COOL FOR 2 TO 4 HOURS FOR CRISP.
  24. CRACK THE TOP OF THE PURI FIRST SWEET CHUTNEY AS PER TASTE, FILL THE GREEN PANI.
  25. SERVE THE PANI PURI.
