ABOUT Fasting Banana Paratha RECIPE

A delicious parathas made with raw bananas, healthy and can also be consumed during fasts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw grated potato 1
  2. Raw grated banana1
  3. grated cucumber 1,
  4. 4 teaspoon rajgeera flour
  5. green chillies 4-5
  6. salt as per taste
  7. [cumin seeds] jeera 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a pan, grease it with little oil. Like dosa batter , pour the batter and spread it on hot oil fry pan, cover lead. Keep it for 2 minutes.
  3. Fry other side for 2 minutes. crispy crunchy Paratha is ready to it. During fasting it is tasty & healthy. serve with curd or buttermilk
