Ingredients to make Nendram Pazham Chips/ Kerala Banana Chips

  • Nendiram palam 2
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • coconut oil as required
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • water 1/4 cup

How to make Nendram Pazham Chips/ Kerala Banana Chips

  1. Cut the edges of the banana
  2. Slit and peel of the skin.
  3. In bowl add little water with Turmeric powder.soak raw banana in it.
  4. In another bowl add 7-8 tsp of water.add turmeric powder and salt.set aside.
  5. Soak banana for 10 min and dry it.
  6. In pan heat coconut oil.slice the banana directly into the oil
  7. Stir it in low flame
  8. After 5 min.pour 2 tsp of salt turmeric water into oil
  9. Stir occasionally till chips gets cooked well
  10. Tasty yummy homemade chips is ready.serve it hot.
