Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw rice flour for puttu 1 cup
  2. Baby jackfruit peeled and grated 1 cup
  3. Coconut grated 1/2 cup
  4. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Sprinkle some water and rub with fingers
  3. Take some mixture and press to make a ball and it is forms the shape it's well mixed and ready to cook
  4. In a coconut shell or puttu maker make hot puttu and serve with some gravy
