Mint Lemonade

Ingredients to make Mint Lemonade

  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 4-5 tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Salt/Sendha namak – 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 1/2 Litre of water
  • Mint leaves and Lemon Slices to garnish
  • Ice cubes- 6-8

How to make Mint Lemonade

  1. In a food processor/mixer, blend mint leaves, little water and lemon juice to form a paste. Blend again by adding sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Add water to a jar and add above made mint paste. Stir and pour in serving glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon and mint leaves.
