Ingredients to make Mashala Cheese Chicken Ball

  • CHICKEN MINCE 200GMS
  • 1 BUNCH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • SPRING ONIONS WHITE PART(CHOPPED) 1 TBSP
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • GARLIC (CHOPPED) 1 TEASP
  • 2 DRY RED CHILLIES
  • GINGER (CHOPPED) 1 TSP
  • SOYA SAUCE 1 TEASP
  • RED CHILLI PASTE 1 TSP
  • SWEET CHILLI SAUCE 1 TSP
  • CORN FLOUR 1 TBSP
  • Oil to deep fry
  • GRATED CHEESE 20 GM

How to make Mashala Cheese Chicken Ball

  1. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD THE CHICKEN MINCE, CORIANDER LEAVES, SPRING ONIONS WHITE PART, LITTLE SALT, LITTLE EGG,CORNFLOUR AND MIX IT NICELY.
  2. TAKE SMALL DUMPLING AND MAKE ROUND BALLS AND STUFF WITH CHEESE. FRY IT IN HOT OIL.
  3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND ADD GARLIC, DRY RED CHILLY PIECES, GINGER AND SAUTE IT.
  4. TO IT ADD SOYA SAUCE, RED CHILLY PASTE, SWEET CHILLI SAUCE AND SAUTE IT, LATER ADD CHICKEN BALL AND TOSS.
  5. CHECK FOR SEASONING AND ADD SALT.
  6. NOW SPICY CHICKEN BALLS ARE READY TO BE SERVED.
