Ingredients to make Maka Masala
- 7-8 corn pieces, broken into 4 inch length
- 1 medium sized onion big cubes
- 1 big sized tomato big cubes
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 inch ginger piece
- 1 big garlic clove
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp oil
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
How to make Maka Masala
My Tip:You can make this with frozen corns as well or scrape the whole corn and follow the same procedure.
