My Grandma's signature recipe , I Love this Beniyaan.very crispy and Tasty.

Beniyaan

Ingredients to make Beniyaan

  • 2 Cups of all purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Little water
  • 2 Tablespoons of softened butter
  • 2 teaspoon of Rice flour
  • Deep fry for oil

How to make Beniyaan

  1. ADD 2 CUPS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND ADD PINCH OF SALT MIX WELL
  2. ADD LITTLE WATER AND MIX WELL
  3. MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  4. ROLL THE DOUGH AND SPERATE THE EQUAL PORTION
  5. SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR AND ROLL
  6. TAKE A 2 TABLESPOONS OF SOFTENED BUTTER AND ADD 2 TEASPOON OF RICE FLOUR
  7. MIX WELL AND SPREAD INTO DOUGH
  8. THEN CUT THE DOUGH LIKE STRIPS
  9. PILE ONE ON TOP OF THE ANOTHER
  10. ROLL IT TIGHTLY
  11. THEN AGAIN ROLL THAT DOUGH
  12. YOU CAN SEE A BEAUTIFUL LAYERS
  13. HEAT A PAN WITH OIL AND ADD THE BENIYAAN
  14. FLIP THE OTHER SIDE
  15. COOK FOR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, AND TAKE OUT AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  16. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD FRIED BENIYAAN ADD 2 TEASPOON OF POWDERED SUGAR AND GENTLY MIX
  17. CRISPY AND TASTY BENIYAAN IS READY TO SERVE
