A delicious recipe of raita made with onion and tomatoes, to be served with some pulao.

Tomato onion rayta

Ingredients to make Tomato onion rayta

  • cumin seed or musturd seed 1/4 tablespoon
  • Pinch of hing
  • Black salt 1/4tablespoon or as your taste
  • ghee 1/2 tablespoon
  • 1 small tomato ( chopped)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cup curd( dahi)

How to make Tomato onion rayta

  1. Firstly chopped onion and tomato in small pieces. Then heat the pan and pour 1/2 table spoon ghee. Used medium flam.
  2. Then add cumin seed, hing then tomato and onion , black salt as your taste. And add pinch of black paper.
  3. Fry them all ingredient for 2 or 3 minute on medium flam
  4. Off the gas cool down for 2 min and now add curd.
  5. Mix well and pour into the bowl and serve with and dish.

My Tip:

Its very healthy if u have constipation or acidity problem also used it .
