Banana Ragi Milk shake

Ingredients to make Banana Ragi Milk shake

  • 2glass milk
  • 2ripe banana
  • 3-4 almonds
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2table spoon ragi flour
  • 2table spoon sugar

How to make Banana Ragi Milk shake

  1. In a bowl or glass take little milk and mix ragi flour
  2. In a pan add little milk add ragiflour mixed milk and cook for minutes.
  3. Let it cool
  4. In a blender add chpooed banana, almonds, sugar, cardamom powder,ragi mixture and remaining milk
  5. Blend into blender till smooth
  6. Serve in jar or in glasses
  7. Garnish with chopped banana
  8. Your healthy milk shake is ready

My Tip:

Instead of sugar you can use honey or jaggery
