Ingredients to make Fresh Strawberry Teacake

  • Eggs 2
  • All-purpose flour 115 gms
  • Sugar 115 gms
  • Butter 115 gms
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • White chocolate chips1/4 cups
  • Fresh strawberries 115 gms

How to make Fresh Strawberry Teacake

  1. Hull and chop the fresh strawberries.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar till its light and fluffy. Beat the eggs and mix it with the butter mixture.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda well. Add flour into the egg mixture and mix the chocolate chips.
  4. Fold in the cut strawberries and bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins or till the skewer comes clean.
