Banana smoothie is a easy to make receipe.Its a quick receipe made with goodness of banana,milk & chia seeds.

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients to make Banana Smoothie

  • 1 - Big banana
  • 1/2cup - yogurt
  • 1/2cup - Milk
  • 1/3cup - Oats
  • Chia seeds - 2tablespoon
  • melon seeds - 2tablespoon
  • Chrushed almonds - 2 or 3
  • honey - 2tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2tablespoon

How to make Banana Smoothie

  1. Grind all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Grind into a smooth mixture for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Remove it in a bowl garnish it with some crushed almonds,chia seeds & melon seeds.
  4. Ready to eat.
