Banana smoothie is a easy to make receipe.Its a quick receipe made with goodness of banana,milk & chia seeds.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 - Big Banana
  2. 1/2cup - Yogurt
  3. 1/2cup - Milk
  4. 1/3cup - Oats
  5. Chia seeds - 2tablespoon
  6. Melon seeds - 2tablespoon
  7. Chrushed Almonds - 2 or 3
  8. Honey - 2tablespoon
  9. Vanilla extract - 1/2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Grind into a smooth mixture for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Remove it in a bowl garnish it with some crushed almonds,chia seeds & melon seeds.
  4. Ready to eat.
