ABOUT Raw Banana & Beetroot kebab RECIPE

This is one of my favourite and healthy kababs, which can be served as starters or snacks for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 - Raw banana
  2. 1- Beet root
  3. Salt - as per taste
  4. 1tablespoon- Ginger/garlic/green chillie paste
  5. Fresh coconut - 1tablepsoon
  6. 1 tablespoon - Cumin powder & Sauf powder
  7. Water- 1cup
  8. Cornflor - 2tablespoon
  9. Cilantro - 1tablespoon
  10. Oil - for deep frying
  11. 1/2 tablespoon - Pepper powder
  12. Bread crums - 1cup

Instructions

  1. Boil banana & beet root let it cool completely than grate it.
  2. In a pan, add little oil than add grated coconut & all the spices, mix it well than add the grated banana & beet root than add cilantro & salt.
  3. Once the mixture is cool make cutlets from it You can make of any shape.
  4. Take the one cup water add cornflour to it mix it well.
  5. Dip the cutlets in it than apply bread crumbs & deep fry them.
  6. Tadaah finally its ready to serve.
