About Dhai wada Recipe

Every body probably loves Indian chaat and this is one of the most favoured ones, so follow this delicious recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients to make Dhai wada

  • Urad dhal one cup
  • One spoon methi seeds
  • curd half kg
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • Jeerapowder
  • Dates jaggery sweet n sour chutney
  • Green mint n coriander chutney
  • salt

How to make Dhai wada

  1. Soak urad dhal n methi in water for 8 hrs ..grind it into fine paste by draining all the water...u can add one spn curd for wetness...
  2. Take a pan for frying vadas...heat it..n make round balls of vada n slowly fry it till brown..
  3. Now transfer the balls in huge vessel with warm water n salt..let the balls dip in it for half hour..
  4. Now press the balls gently to remove excess water from it...
  5. Ready to plate... arrange the balls...pour churned curd..green chutney,dates jaggery chutney,sprinkle chilli powder,Jeera powder,salt n finally with coriander....ready to serve...

My Tip:

Before frying balls,mix it in best speed to make the balls fluffy...
