This is a perfect keto snack, for the people who are on keto diet but want to eat something delicious and very tasty.

Spinach cheese ball severed wid avocado dip/chutney

Ingredients to make Spinach cheese ball severed wid avocado dip/chutney

  • coconut flour - 1/2 cup
  • Psyllium husk - 1/4 th cup
  • salt
  • Green chili - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Boiled spinach - 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup

How to make Spinach cheese ball severed wid avocado dip/chutney

  1. Grind boiled spinach with ginger garlic paste & green chilly to form a puree.
  2. Now take Coconut flour, pysillum husk , salt , garam masala ,spinach puree... Bind them to form a a soft dough with some water. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Now divide the dough into equal sized balls, stuff each ball with the grated cheese. Reshape them and deep fry them in hot oil and serve.
