Corn kababs

Ingredients to make Corn kababs

  • Boiled corn kernels 1.5 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 3 big
  • onion 1 Small
  • capsicum 1 small
  • carrot grated 3/4 cup
  • Boiled peas 1 handful
  • Cheese grated 2 cubes of amul chesse
  • Chaat masala
  • Oregano
  • chilli flakes
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • besan 2 tbsp
  • Dhaniya chopped
  • mint leaves chopped very little
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • salt accordingly
  • Ice cream sticks long one
  • Bread crumbled 5 slices

How to make Corn kababs

  1. Grind half of boiled corn kernels in mixi and make a coarse paste
  2. Take a bowl add all the ingredients and add corn kernels paste and left half put whole corn kernels
  3. Make a kabab shape on stick
  4. If it is too sticky then apply oil on hand and bind it all

My Tip:

Dont fry in too much hot oil
