Yummy, tasty and delicious kababs made with corns. A perfect starter for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Boiled corn kernels 1.5 cup
  2. Boiled potatoes 3 big
  3. Onion 1 Small
  4. Capsicum 1 small
  5. Carrot grated 3/4 cup
  6. Boiled peas 1 handful
  7. Cheese grated 2 cubes of amul chesse
  8. Chaat masala
  9. Oregano
  10. Chilli flakes
  11. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  12. Besan 2 tbsp
  13. Dhaniya chopped
  14. Mint leaves chopped very little
  15. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  16. Salt accordingly
  17. Ice cream sticks long one
  18. Bread crumbled 5 slices

Instructions

  1. Grind half of boiled corn kernels in mixi and make a coarse paste
  2. Take a bowl add all the ingredients and add corn kernels paste and left half put whole corn kernels
  3. Make a kabab shape on stick
  4. If it is too sticky then apply oil on hand and bind it all
