Ingredients to make Egg Cutlets

  • boiled egg 4-5 & mashed
  • Boiled & mashed potato 1
  • onion finely chopped 1
  • green chillies finely chopped 1-2
  • garlic finely minced 3-4
  • ginger finely chopped 1 "
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves finely chopped
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • lime Juice 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • oil to deep fry
  • Bread Crumbs to coat
  • egg white 1 to dip
