About suji banana dosa Recipe

Suji ka chila, dosa it’s a very common and known recipe but very delicious whenever you make. The main part of it is this raw banana paliya which make them more delicious.

Ingredients to make suji banana dosa

  • semolina/rava/suji -2 cups
  • Curd/butter milk/chas -2 and 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • raw banana masala -2 cups
  • Black mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander - 1/2 cup
  • oil as required

How to make suji banana dosa

  1. Take the semolina in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the curd to make it smooth
  3. Mix the curd in semolina
  4. Also add some salt and coriander mix it well
  5. Now leave the batter to rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan.
  7. And temper it with black mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  8. add this raw banana mixer
  9. add all spices and coriander mix it well
  10. Now heat a non-stick tawa to make the chilla. Place 3-4 tbsp of batter on it.
  11. Spread it with a spoon in the round shape.
  12. It should be a thin chilla to make it crispy.
  13. Apply some oil all over it
  14. Now flip it.
  15. Now remove it from the pan.
  16. Now spread some raw banana masala in the middle of it.
  17. And fold it from both the sides.
  18. Serve it with coconut chutney/green chutney/sauce.
