  • malai stored upto 15 days

How to make Desi ghee

  1. Store malai in a container till a good quantity..
  2. Take some malai with water in a blender
  3. Blend it
  4. Butter will come out
  5. Take out the butter in a pan
  6. Squeeze out excess water
  7. Now put on the gas and heat the butter
  8. Butter will melt
  9. Ghee starts to come out
  10. It will change colour
  11. Put off the gas when the residue becomes brown in colour and a beautiful aroma will come
  12. Strain the ghee when cooled down into a container
  13. Desi ghee is ready
