  • coconut milk-1/2(medium)
  • sugar-4-5tbsp

How to make Vatalappam

  1. EXTRACT COCONUT MILK..ONLY FIRST MILK..
  2. ADD EGGS IN BLENDER OR BEATER AND WHISK IT WELL WITH SUGAR
  3. ADD LITTLE SALT AND ADD COCONUT MILK TO BLENDER AND PULSE
  4. POUR OVER MOULD AND BAKE IN OVEN FOR 180*C FOR 45MINS..YOU CAN EITHER STEAM IN DOUBLE BOILER
  5. VATTALAPPAM IS READY..CUT IN TO DESIED SHAPES AND SERVE
