Ingredients to make Sunday ka anda

  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of red chilly powder
  • 1 oregano
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil

How to make Sunday ka anda

  1. Chop capsicum , onion and keep it in a bowl
  2. Add 2 eggs into the bowl having capsicum and onions
  3. Add red chilly powder , salt and oregano
  4. Whisk it till the yolk is completely beaten up

My Tip:

Instead of red chilly powder , 1 green chilly can also be used. Remove yolks if you are on diet.
