  1. Banana fruit-2
  2. Maida flour-1 cup
  3. Turmeric powder-1 pinch
  4. Baking soda-1/4 tbsp
  5. Water -needed
  6. Sugar-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix maida flour turmeric powder baking soda add sugar
  2. Mix well thick battter
  3. Slice banana pieces two or three long shape
  4. Dips batter
  5. Heat oil for deep frying
  6. Both sides till golden and crispy
  7. Drain on a paper
