Stir fried idlis is a South Indian receipe quick to make.

Stir Fried Idlis

Ingredients to make Stir Fried Idlis

  • 9-10 - Left over idlis
  • 3 tablepsoon - oil
  • 1tablepsoon - mustard seeds
  • curry leaves - handful
  • 2-3 - Dry red chillies
  • 1/2tablepsoon - amchur powder
  • salt- as required
  • Carrot jullien & cabbage jullien - Handful
  • 1/2tablespoon - turmeric powder

How to make Stir Fried Idlis

  1. Cut the idlis into 4parts than put oil in a pan and stir fry the idlis than remove it on a paper towel.
  2. In the same pan add curry leaves,dried red chilli,mustard seeds,salt , turmeric powder mix it well.
  3. Put the fried idlis into it.
  4. Saute it well.
  5. Garnish it with some carrot and cabbage jullien.
