  1. Whole urad dal -1 cup
  2. Rice - 2 teaspoons
  3. Onion chopped - 1 cup
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Green chilly- 3 no
  6. Ginger - 1 inch
  7. Oil for fry
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper -half teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal 20 minutes, grind with green chillies, ginger, rice
  2. Put the batter into vessel, now add Add onion, curry leaves, salt, pepper
  3. Fry the oil take and serve with coconut chutney or sambar
