Ingredients to make Kadhi

  • curd 1 cup
  • besan 2 tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli 2
  • panch phoran 1 tsp
  • hing 1/2 tsp
  • boondi 1 cup
  • curry leaves

How to make Kadhi

  1. Take 1 cup dahi n mix two tsp besan
  2. Mix well
  3. Heat a pan..add oil
  4. Add panch phoran and hing
  5. Add turmeric powder
  6. Add water to the paste and pour it to the pan
  7. Add salt
  8. Bring it to boil
  9. Add boondi 1 cup and take it out
  10. Heat a pan..add oil and panch phoran and hing
  11. Add curry leaves saute and mix it to the kadhi
  12. Kadhi is ready
