Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium sized boiled raw banana
  2. 1/2 cup beaten rice (poha)
  3. 2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  4. 2 tsp sugar
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  8. 2 tbsp grated dry coconut
  9. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  10. oil for shallow frying
  11. For serving :
  12. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  13. sweet curd
  14. khajur imly chatny

Instructions

  1. First of all wash the poha with fresh clean water and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl take the boiled raw bananas and mash well.
  3. Put salt,sugar, ginger chilly paste,lemon juice, red chilly powder,dry coconut and mix well.
  4. Now add poha to this banana mixture and mix well.
  5. Make small tikkis of this mixture and roll on bread crumbs and shallow fry on hot tawa by adding oil on both the sides.
  6. Place these tikkis on a serving plate and sprinkle chat masala on it.
  7. Put khajur amli ni chutney on the tikkis and also put the sweet dahi on top and serve
