Banana Strawberry Sabja Smoothie

Ingredients to make Banana Strawberry Sabja Smoothie

  • 2 fresh bananas , peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 tablespoon sabja seeds
  • 1 cup fresh curd
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, if required to sweeten
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

How to make Banana Strawberry Sabja Smoothie

  1. Soak sabja seeds in a cup of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the sabja seeds and keep with all ingredients
  3. Add all ingredients and half of sabja seeds to a blender, and pulse until combined.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses and add a teaspoon of soaked sabja seeds into each glass.
  5. Give a stir.
  6. Garnish with whole strawberry and serve immediately

My Tip:

If the smoothie is too thick, add some water or ice. If it is too thin, add more fruit.
