Banana Strawberry Sabja Smoothie The classic banana strawberry sabja smoothie recipe is hard to beat. It’s cool and refreshing, it’s sweet and delicious and it’s always healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 fresh bananas , peeled and sliced
  2. 1 cup frozen strawberries, washed and hulled
  3. 1 tablespoon sabja seeds
  4. 1 cup fresh curd
  5. 1 cup crushed ice
  6. 1 tablespoon honey, if required to sweeten
  7. 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Soak sabja seeds in a cup of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the sabja seeds and keep with all ingredients
  3. Add all ingredients and half of sabja seeds to a blender, and pulse until combined.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses and add a teaspoon of soaked sabja seeds into each glass.
  5. Give a stir.
  6. Garnish with whole strawberry and serve immediately
