Raw Banana Dosa

Ingredients to make Raw Banana Dosa

  • Raw banana (boiled) - 2
  • chana dal - 1/2 cup
  • rice - 1/4th cup (Optional)
  • ginger - 1 inch
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Raw Banana Dosa

  1. Soak chana dal and rice for 3-4 hours.
  2. Strain excess water. Put rice, chana dal, ginger, green chillies and boiled banana in a blender.
  3. Make a smooth paste.
  4. Now spread it on a pan just like a dosa. Apply oil from sides. Roast it from both the sides. If you spread it really thin then you can skip roasting it from the other side.
  5. Raw banana dosa is ready! Serve it hot with your favourite chutney.
