Ingredients to make Nenthiram pazhampori

  • Nenthiram pazham 5no
  • maida 200gram
  • Idli flour 3 tbs
  • Cooking soda one pinch
  • cardamom powder one pinch
  • Yellow or red colour one pinch
  • sugar 4tbs
  • oil 100gram

How to make Nenthiram pazhampori

  1. Take idli flour and add cooking soda .
  2. Next add sugar and 150ml water mix well.
  3. Next add cardamom powder.add maida and food colour.
  4. Assure that it is in the consistency of idli flour .cut nenthiram into two half .
  5. Dip in batter. Deep fry in oil.nenthiram pazhampori ready.

My Tip:

Use only ripen fruti.
