Crispy Sweet potato kabab

Ingredients to make Crispy Sweet potato kabab

  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 small bunch palak
  • 1/4 cup boiled corn
  • 1table spoon cornflour
  • Breadcrumbs of 2brown bread
  • 2green chillies
  • 1teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • Bombay rava as required
  • 2table spoon olive oil

How to make Crispy Sweet potato kabab

  1. Boil sweet potatoes
  2. In a mixie jar add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, spinach and boiled corn
  3. Make a coarsely paste
  4. Mashed potatoes
  5. Add this green masala mixture to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix
  6. Now add corn flour, salt and bread crumbs and mix well
  7. If needed add breadcrumbs and little cornflour
  8. Apply little oil on your palm and give desired shapes to kabab
  9. Roll into Bombay rava and shallow fry on tawa
  10. Add oil and fry till done
  11. Serve with chutney or sause

My Tip:

Add lemon juice
