Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana raw 2
  2. Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  5. Chickpea flour 1 cup
  6. Garam masala 1/4 spoon
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Water as required
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilly powder 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a banana peeled it and slice it.
  2. Take chickpea flour add all spices , fenugreek leaves and salt and water.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Then add banana slice in the batter.
  5. Then heat the oil
  6. Make pakora.
  7. Fry in the medium flam
